15 Interview Questions for Freshers (Answers in Hindi)

Short answer
Freshers se zyadatar same 15 sawaal poochhe jaate hain: introduction, strengths/weakness, why this company, projects, career goal, salary aur "any questions for us?". Har jawab ka formula: seedha jawab + ek example + job se connection, 45–90 second mein. Jawab ratta mat kijiye; points yaad rakhiye aur roz bolkar practice kijiye.
Interview se pehle ghabrahat sabko hoti hai. Achhi baat ye hai ki sawaal zyadatar wahi hote hain, aur unki tayyari ki ja sakti hai.
Interviewer actually kya check karta hai?
- Kya aap saaf baat kar sakte hain?
- Kya aapne company/role ke baare mein padha hai?

The 15 questions
1. Tell me about yourself.
Matlab: 1 minute mein apni professional kahani. Formula: Present (padhai/skills) → Past (project/internship) → Future (ye role kyun). Sample: "I'm Priya, a B.Com graduate from Jaipur. During college I learned Tally and Excel and handled accounts for a family shop for six months. I enjoy working with numbers and want to start my career as an accounts assistant, which is why this role interests me."
2. What are your strengths?
Ek-do strengths + proof. "I'm organised. In my final-year project I made the timeline and we submitted a week early."
3. What is your weakness?
Asli weakness + aap kya kar rahe hain. "I used to hesitate speaking in groups. I've joined a speaking practice routine and now I present in class regularly." Avoid: "I'm a perfectionist" jaise ghise-pite jawab.
4. Why should we hire you?
Job description ke 2–3 points se apni skill match kijiye.
5. Why do you want to work here?
Company ki website padhiye. Ek specific cheez boliye: product, customers, ya growth.
6. Tell me about your project.
Problem → aapka role → tool → result. Team project ho to "I" aur "we" ka farq saaf rakhiye.
7. Where do you see yourself in five years?
"I want to become strong in [skill] and take more responsibility in this field." Company chhodne ki baat mat kijiye.
8. Why did you choose this course/field?
Imaandaar aur positive jawab.
9. Are you comfortable with relocation / shifts?
Sach boliye. Galat haan kehna baad mein mushkil banata hai.
10. What are your salary expectations?
Role ka range pehle research kijiye (job portals par same role ke posts). Fresher ke liye: "As a fresher, I'm open to your standard package for this role. I'm more focused on learning." Agar range poochhein to research ke base par realistic range boliye.
11. Describe a challenge you faced.
STAR method: Situation, Task, Action, Result.
12. How do you handle pressure?
Example ke saath: exams, deadlines, family business ka busy season.
13. What do you know about our company?
3 facts: kya karti hai, kiske liye, koi recent news.
14. Do you have any questions for us?
Hamesha haan. "What does a typical day look like in this role?" ya "How is performance reviewed in the first six months?"
15. Technical/skill question
Role ke hisaab se: Excel, Tally, coding, sales. Office roles ke liye dekhiye: Excel interview questions.
