How reviews work
How are reviews collected?
Only learners who have started a skill can review it. YUNOVA asks at a few good moments (after a few topics, around day 7 of a journey, or on a learner's certificate page), never during a test. Nobody is paid or rewarded for a review, and no review is written by YUNOVA.
Which reviews are shown here?
Only reviews whose author ticked the box allowing their review to be public with their handle, and that YUNOVA approved. A review shows the learner's handle, never their full name.
Are bad reviews hidden?
No. Low ratings are shown like any other. A review is hidden only for spam, abuse, or personal details such as phone numbers and links. YUNOVA never edits what a learner wrote.
Can I change my review?
Yes. One review per skill: you can edit or delete it from the skill page or Settings › My Reviews. An edited review is checked again before it is public.
