- Ctrl+B = Bold, Ctrl+I = Italic, Ctrl+U = Underline। Font color और Fill Color, Home tab के Font group में हैं।
- Gridlines screen पर दिखती हैं पर default में print नहीं होतीं। Printout में lines चाहिए तो Home > Borders लगाएँ।
- Ctrl+Shift+& range पर बाहरी border लगाता है, Ctrl+Shift+_ borders हटाता है। View > Gridlines untick से screen साफ़।
- रंग को data न बनाएँ: "पीला = pending" formulas नहीं पढ़ते। Status अलग column में लिखें, रंग Conditional Formatting से।
