- Format Painter (Home tab, brush) एक cell की formatting दूसरी cells पर copy करता है, content नहीं। एक click = एक बार।
- Format Painter पर double-click करें तो कई जगह लगा सकते हैं; काम पूरा होने पर Esc दबाकर बंद करें।
- Home > Cell Styles से Heading, Total, Input जैसे styles लगाएँ। Style को Modify करें तो उस style वाली हर cell बदलती है।
- Page Layout > Themes पूरी workbook के theme colors और fonts एक साथ बदलता है। Standard Colors theme से नहीं बदलते।
