- हर printed page पर header row दोहराने के लिए Page Layout > Print Titles > "Rows to repeat at top" में $1:$1 दें।
- Columns दूसरे page पर जा रहे हों: Ctrl+P > Scaling > "Fit All Columns on One Page", या Orientation Landscape करें।
- View > Page Break Preview में नीली lines drag करके page का टूटना तय करें। सिर्फ कुछ हिस्सा छापना: Print Area।
- PDF बनाने के लिए File > Export > Create PDF/XPS (या Save As में PDF चुनें)। उससे पहले Print Preview ज़रूर देखें।
