- =SUM(A2:A10) जोड़, =AVERAGE() औसत, =MIN() सबसे छोटा, =MAX() सबसे बड़ा। Alt+= से AutoSum तुरंत लगता है।
- COUNT सिर्फ numbers (dates भी) गिनता है; COUNTA हर non-empty cell गिनता है, text भी। खाली cells: COUNTBLANK।
- AVERAGE खाली cells और text को छोड़ देता है, पर 0 को गिनता है। "खाली" की जगह 0 लिखने से औसत बदल जाता है।
- Range select करते ही Status Bar में Sum, Average, Count दिखते हैं—formula लिखे बिना जल्दी check के लिए।
