- Data में click करके Ctrl+T = Table; "My table has headers" tick रखें। Table Design tab में नाम दें, जैसे Sales।
- Table column में formula एक बार लिखें, पूरा column भर जाता है (calculated column): =[@Qty]*[@Price]। @ = "इसी row का"।
- Table के ठीक नीचे वाली row में लिखें तो table बढ़ता है; =SUM(Sales[Amount]) जैसे formulas नई rows भी जोड़ लेते हैं।
- Table Design > Total Row नीचे total जोड़ता है। यह SUBTOTAL लगाता है, इसलिए filter पर सिर्फ दिख रही rows जोड़ता है।
