Data में एक cell select करके Data > Sort। अकेला column select करके sort न करें—बाकी columns पीछे छूट जाते हैं।
कई levels के लिए Data > Sort > Add Level: पहले Region (A to Z), फिर उसी के अंदर Sales (Largest to Smallest)।
"Sort Warning" आए तो "Expand the selection" चुनें; "Continue with the current selection" से rows का data बिगड़ता है।
Months calendar क्रम में: Order > Custom List। "My data has headers" tick रखें, वरना header row भी sort होगी।
