- Data > Remove Duplicates rows हमेशा के लिए हटाता है, हर group की पहली row रखता है। पहले copy रखें।
- Flag: =COUNTIF($A$2:$A$500,A2)>1 TRUE हो तो value दोहराई गई है। सिर्फ देखना: Conditional Formatting > Duplicate Values।
- एक column unique न हो (invoice no. हर branch में 1 से) तो composite key: =B2&"-"&C2, फिर उस पर duplicates जाँचें।
