- Review > Protect Workbook (Structure): sheets add, delete, rename, move, hide नहीं होतीं; cells फिर भी edit होती हैं।
- Sheet छिपाने के लिए tab पर right-click > Hide। Hidden sheet कोई भी Unhide कर सकता है, इसलिए यह security नहीं है।
- खोलने के लिए ही password: File > Info > Protect Workbook > Encrypt with Password। Password भूले तो file नहीं खुलेगी।
- Co-authoring (साथ में editing): file OneDrive/SharePoint पर रखें, AutoSave on करें और Share करें।
