- =VLOOKUP(lookup_value, table_array, col_index_num, FALSE): पहले column में ढूँढकर उसी row का col_index column देता है।
- FALSE (या 0) = exact match। खाली/TRUE = approximate: sorted list में lookup से छोटी-या-बराबर सबसे बड़ी value।
- VLOOKUP सिर्फ दाईं ओर देखता है। Table में column insert हो तो hard-coded col_index चुपचाप गलत column देता है।
- Table range पर $ लगाएँ ($A$2:$D$500)। "101" (text) और 101 (number) अलग हैं; #N/A आए तो type और extra spaces जाँचें।
