Data (Table बेहतर) में click > Insert > PivotTable। Fields को Rows, Columns, Values और Filters में drag करें।
Values में number field default Sum बनता है; column में blank या text हो तो Count—Value Field Settings में बदलें।
Value Field Settings > Show Values As > % of Grand Total / % of Column Total से हिस्सेदारी %, बिना नया column बनाए।
Source data बदलने पर Pivot अपने-आप नहीं बदलता: right-click > Refresh (Alt+F5)।
