- Source A1:D500 जैसी fixed range हो तो नई rows Pivot में नहीं आतीं। Source को Table (Ctrl+T) बनाएँ।
- Range बदलनी हो: PivotTable Analyze > Change Data Source। "field name is not valid" = कोई header cell खाली है।
- Refresh पर column widths बिगड़ें: PivotTable Options > "Autofit column widths on update" untick करें।
- हटे हुए items filter list में दिखें: Options > Data > "Number of items to retain per field" = None, फिर Refresh।
