- Data > Get Data > From File > From Text/CSV > Transform Data से Power Query Editor खुलता है; original file नहीं बदलती।
- हर काम (Remove Columns, Trim, Replace Values) Applied Steps में record होता है; गलत step वहीं हटाकर ठीक करें।
- Types सही रखें: dates = Date, amounts = Decimal Number, IDs = Text। Auto "Changed Type" leading zeros उड़ा सकता है।
- Home > Close & Load से data sheet में आता है। अगले महीने नई file उसी जगह आए तो Refresh All—सारे steps दोबारा चलेंगे।
