Trial Balance = हर account code का कुल Debit और Credit, GL से: =SUMIFS(GL[Debit],GL[Code],A2)।
Trial Balance का पहला check: कुल Debit = कुल Credit। =SUM(Debit)-SUM(Credit) 0 न हो तो entries छूटी या गलत हैं।
Chart of Accounts mapping table (Code → Group) बनाएँ; group लाएँ: =XLOOKUP(A2,Map[Code],Map[Group])।
नया code mapping में न हो तो #N/A आएगा—उसे 0 से न छिपाएँ, mapping table में जोड़ें। Groups का जोड़ TB total से मिलाएँ।
