- Aging: Days = Report Date − Due Date। Report date fixed cell में रखें, TODAY() नहीं, ताकि पुरानी report वैसी ही बने।
- Bucket: =IFS(D2<=30,"0-30",D2<=60,"31-60",D2<=90,"61-90",TRUE,"90+"), फिर Pivot में party × bucket।
- BRS: cash book और bank balance का फ़र्क समझाना। जारी पर bank में present न हुए cheques से bank balance ज़्यादा।
- Deposit पर credit न हुए cheques से bank balance कम। Bank charges/interest जो books में नहीं, उनकी entry करें।
