- =NPV(rate, values) पहली value को भी एक period बाद का मानता है। Time 0 का investment बाहर जोड़ें: =NPV(10%,C3:C7)+C2
- =IRR(C2:C7) वो rate देता है जिस पर NPV = 0। Range में कम से कम एक negative और एक positive value ज़रूरी है।
- Cash flows बराबर gap पर न हों (SIP, irregular payments) तो =XNPV(rate, values, dates) और =XIRR(values, dates)।
- XIRR सालाना rate देता है। Investment negative और returns positive लिखें; सब एक ही sign के हों तो #NUM!।
