- .xlsx सामान्य workbook format है, पर इसमें macros save नहीं होते। Macro वाली file .xlsm में save करें।
- .csv में सिर्फ active sheet का plain text जाता है: formulas की जगह values, और formatting व बाकी sheets छूट जाती हैं।
- .xls पुराना Excel 97-2003 format है (सिर्फ 65,536 rows)। .xlsb binary format है—बहुत बड़ी files छोटी और तेज़ रहती हैं।
- File नाम में date YYYY-MM-DD में लिखें (Sales_2024-03-31.xlsx), ताकि folder में files सही क्रम में लगें। F12 = Save As।
