- Range = cells का block: A1:D10 में 4 columns × 10 rows = 40 cells। Ctrl दबाकर click से अलग ranges साथ चुनें।
- Ctrl+Arrow data के किनारे तक कूदता है; Ctrl+Shift+Arrow वहाँ तक का पूरा हिस्सा select करता है।
- Ctrl+Home = A1; Ctrl+End = sheet की आखिरी used cell। Ctrl+A = data का पूरा block (दोबारा दबाएँ तो पूरी sheet)।
- Ctrl+Space = पूरा column, Shift+Space = पूरी row। ध्यान: data में blank cell हो तो Ctrl+Arrow वहीं रुक जाता है।
